Rear Extension & Balcony Installation | Edgmond

We were appointed to design a rear single storey extension to a fabulous detached house in Edgmond. Our clients wanted to create a large kitchen, dining, and living space with a seperate lounge. The extension sits comfortably with the traditional aesthetic of the dwelling whilst transforming the kitchen and dining area into a modern and functional, open plan, family space. Central to the design is Crittall doors and a roof lantern that draws natural daylight in.We designed & obtained planning permission for the scheme, as well as building regulations approval.
