Our client approached us with a view to turning his recently-purchased, dated house into a contemporary family home. He wanted an open-plan living space flooded with natural day light and a minimalistic architectural style. With a sizeable garden, the potential was clearly there to extend into the rear garden further than the existing single-storey extension. The new single storey rear extension and fully renovated interior creates a beautiful, spacious, light and airy home.
